COMMISSION AND CONTACT INFO

HELLO! I'm Naito! You can call me Nyx as well. Kindly read all the information and terms of service before you commission me so we can work well together! If you have more questions, just DM me or send me an email.

1.Material

I will accept commissions under my style which is in line with anime style. For other styles, kindly send me a reference, I'm flexible with other styles. Please refer to the references below after reading all of the terms.I won't accept commissions that violates the law but I'm open to nsfw on a certain degree. Anything that I'm not comfortable with will not be accepted and I have the right to decline.

2. Revisions

Minor revisions won't be charged. Wether if it's on sketch or coloring stage. Major revisions however will be charged to be decided by both parties.

3. Confidentiality

By commissioning me, I agree to never re-sell, reproduce, reprint your project for any kind of profit. I agree to protect any personal information of the client including names, addresses, and the like. By commissioning me, you agree to protect any of my personal information. You also agree to let me use or display any output of the project for portfolio and promotional purposes on social media.

4. Allowed Use

Commissioned works can be used for any personal or non-commercial purposes. It should not be resold, redistributed or be used for any commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use will have extra charges.

5. Work Flow

For Fan Arts, just state the name of the character and from where they are. Describe how you want your project would look like. You can make a sketch if you can't describe it by words and include image references as well.For Original Characters
Please describe your character in a bulleted form. For example:
-Name
-Age
-Race
-Gender
-Weapon/Equipment
-Personality
-Description
-Image referencesFor backgrounds, please send image references of the desired background. Charges may increase depending on complexity.Depending on the complexity, I can finish a project within 3-4 weeks. Other than commissions, I work as an artist for a comic. I hope you understand why it's long. If you need the work asap, just let me know so we can work around it.

6. Payment

At least half of the payment is required for me to start the project as a down payment, I can give you a very rough idea of the project before you pay just so you have an idea. The rest of the payment can be given once the final output has been finalized and both sides are satisfied. After all payments are met, the high resolution or full project file will be sent to you through google drive link by the artist. The staggered payment is for your security and ease of mind especially if your a first-time costumer. Full payment at the start is always accepted and appreciated and much more preferred. I give discounts for full payments.Accepted mode of payment: Paypal. If you're from the Philippines, I also accept G-cash. Payment plans are also accepted for projects upwards of $300

7. TERMINATION

If requested payment is not sent within 4 weeks, the artist will send a written notice that the project will be considered terminated unless we discuss about it. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to termination. Both sides can terminate the project with a written notice.

8. Agreement

By commissioning me, the artist "Naito" or "artofnaito", you hereby agree to have read and understood all terms of service and any information given, and will comply to all the terms listed above.
